Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or carrier delays, processing times may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: pre orders 3–4 weeks
- Express Shipping: pre orders 1–2 weeks
(Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.)
3. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
However, we’re happy to help you file a claim if needed.
6. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at Hillsinspred@gmail.com.
We can only modify addresses if the order hasn’t yet shipped.
